First day done!

First day of Tapping done

Fantastic start for Tapping summit
once again!

Today was the day of some
Powerful Tapping for loosing weight and to say No.

It is really true that we are our own worst enemies in so many things we try to

change in our lives.

Including when in need to loos weight,
that was really good Tapping round!

No is powerful word and we have to really learn to use it in correct way.

We are not responsible if someone doesn´t like us to say no.

No gives us more own space to be our own Fantastic selves!

Of course

you need to be polite to another person even if you say no.

Remember to keep love in your voice when you use the No word!
